Waiver Hub – Week 11

Happy Tuesday November 12, Mike here, welcome back to my weekly Waiver HUB. Follow me on Twitter (@FantasyHubbard) for all things fantasy football throughout the season.

Last night we saw the Dolphins upset the Rams by a score of 23-15. The Rams kicked 5 field goals while Malik Washington scored the first Miami TD and Tyreek Hill accounted for the other. Both teams did not look elite with multiple turnovers. The 3-6 Dolphins get the Raiders next while the 4-5 LA Rams take on the Patriots next. The next Monday Night Football game we get is between the 6-4 Houston Texans and the 3-6 Dallas Cowboys. Both teams seem to be going in opposite directions and the Cowboys have yet to win a home game this season. The opening spread is 7.5 in favor of Houston.

It’s time to make some moves and prepare for fantasy post season greatness. Injuries are inevitable so here’s another chance to hit the waiver wire and get impactful players. Another week gone, another opportunity to make your team stronger and inch your way to that league trophy and an offseason of bragging rights.

Below are my top waiver wire priorities this week. Go get those available players to help your chances at a championship. Good luck this week and remember to check back every week to stay informed on who you could target off of waivers.

TOP PRIORITY OF THE WEEK

Audric Estime – Denver Broncos

Estime has emerged in Denver of lately. In week 10 he got his biggest workload carrying the ball 14 times for 53 rushing yards. Sean Payton has expressed his confidence in Audric leading everyone to believe he will continue to grow his volume. Javonte Williams had an almost nonexistent week 10 rushing once for 1 yard and caught both his targets for 6 receiving yards. I like Estime over Williams moving forward unless the workload changes.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports free agent DT Jonathan Allen is visiting with the Vikings.
Allen's release from the Commanders was more cap related than performance related. The veteran defensive tackle turned 30 earlier this year, and totaled 19 tackles, three TFLs, and three sacks in eight games last season while also generating 16 pressures. He returned from a partially torn pectoral muscle to help the Commanders in their playoff run, and can still help several teams. The Vikings ranked 16th in yards allowed but were a top-five rush defense against the ground game and in points allowed.

Cardinals re-signed LG Evan Brown to a two-year, $11.5 million contract.
Playing on a one-year deal after coming over from division-rival Seattle in free agency, Brown had a decent enough 2024 for the Cardinals to bring him back two more seasons. The modest money suggests he's not necessarily a locked-in 34-game starter, however. He will undoubtedly be out there to begin the season. Brown is a better pass blocker than run-game battering ram.

Vikings To Host Jonathan Allen
Having been released, Jonathan Allen is free to visit interested teams prior to the start of the new league year. The Pro Bowl defensive tackle will do just that on Monday. Allen has a visit lined up with the Vikings, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. Minnesota was recently floated as a potential landing spot, so this […]
