Bills signed OG Kendrick Green, formerly of the Texans.
The Steelers took Green in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft and gave him 15 starts at center as a rookie. He was a healthy scratch for all 17 games in 2022 before being traded to the Steelers. Green then missed most of the following season with a torn meniscus. He played a reserve role in Houston last year and saw some reps at both guar spots. Having experience at all three interior positions, Green brings some versatility to Buffalo as a backup.

Chargers signed LB Del'Shawn Phillips, formerly of the Texans, to a one-year contract.
Phillips is a five-year veteran of the league who has played almost exclusively on special teams. Per PFF, He's appeared on just 271 defensive snaps in his career, but played on over 366 special teams snaps just last season. He'll be tasked with playing a similar role this season with the Chargers in what will be his sixth season as a pro.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that former Raiders assistant GM Champ Kelly "has agreed to join the Dolphins as a senior personnel executive."
Kelly will work "in both pro and college scouting." Kelly interviewed for multiple general manager roles around the league but ultimately takes a job in sunny Miami. Kelly previously held front office jobs with the Broncos and Bears.
