Waiver Hub – Week 6

Happy Tuesday, Mike here, welcome back to my weekly Waiver HUB. Follow me on Twitter (@FantasyHubbard) for all things fantasy football throughout the season.

Last night we saw the Kansas City Chiefs handle the New Orleans Saints by a score of 26-13. The big stories there were that Derek Carr left late in the game, Kareem Hunt had 27 carries for 102 yards and JuJu Smith-Schuster caught 7 of 8 targets for 130 receiving yards. The Saints have lost 3 consecutive games after their hot start and now have Buccaneers next. The undefeated 5-0 Chiefs have to travel to San Francisco next.

It’s time to make some moves and prepare for fantasy post season greatness. Injuries are inevitable so here’s another chance to hit the waiver wire and get impactful players. Another week gone, another opportunity to make your team stronger and inch your way to that league trophy and an offseason of bragging rights.

Below are my top waiver wire priorities this week. Go get those available players to help your chances at a championship. Good luck this week and remember to check back every week to stay informed on who you could target off of waivers.

TOP PRIORITY OF THE WEEK

Tank Bigsby – Jacksonville Jaguars

Bigsby had the best game of his young career in week 5 where he lit up Indianapolis. He had 13 carries which led to 101 rushing yards and found the endzone twice. He also has a 28-yard reception. Tank looked electric out there and Etienne is now dealing with a shoulder issue. As a backup RB Tank has 3 games this season with 73+ rushing yards. In weeks 4 and 5 Tank rushed a total of 20 times for 191 rushing yards. That is nearly 10 yards per carry.
