Trade Hub – Week 9

Happy Monday and welcome back to my weekly Trade Hub article. Mike here ready as always to help you with trade suggestions that can help your chances of winning your fantasy league. Follow me on Twitter (@FantasyHubbard) for all things fantasy football.

The Monday Night Football we get this week is between the away team 2-5 New York Giants and the home team 5-2 Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh is favored by 6 points and the total over/under is a low 36.5. My prediction is this game is a 20-13 victory for the Steelers. I think the defense will be too much for Daniel Jones.

Always make sure you’re aware if or when your league has a trade deadline. Try to sell and/or buy players with strategy and the use of your persuasion and negotiation skills. Here are some players to buy and sell before week 9 begins. Like I always say, one trade could be the difference in winning or losing your fantasy football league.

PLAYERS TO BUY

Nick Chubb – Cleveland Browns

Nick Chubb carried the ball 16 times for 52 yards in week 8. It was clear he is the main RB in Cleveland because Pierre Strong Jr had no carries and D’Onta Foreman had just 5 carries. Chubb is worth trading for, but if you can wait a week or two it might be best. He has a strong Chargers rush defense up next and then the Browns get their BYE. Jerome Ford could interfere with some Chubb playing time when he returns, but that is one argument you can use to persuade Chubb’s owner.
